RPG Character Design

From Silhouette to Low Poly

A character design project developed for a game pipeline, focusing on translating a clear visual concept into a model-ready asset.

The process began with silhouette exploration to define a strong and recognizable shape. Once the direction was established, a turnaround sheet was created to guide accurate modeling and maintain consistency across views.

The character was then modeled in Blender using a low poly approach, prioritizing readability and efficient geometry. Shading was applied in the final stage to refine the visual identity and complete the concept while preserving the stylized aesthetic.
